On October 16, 2015, the Article 29 Working Party issued a statement bearing on coordinated efforts by the Data Protection Authorities of the EU Member States and discussing enforcement, insufficiency of Safe Harbor as a mechanism to justify transfers of EU personal data to the U.S., and the status of BCRs and Model Contracts.
